Drinkwater Criminal and Family Lawyers was established by Brooke Drinkwater in 2022 but previously formed part of Barraclough Jones & Associates, a firm that has been in the Forster/Tuncurry area for the past 30+ years where Brooke had been an employed solicitor since 2011 and a partner in the firm since from 2014 to 2022. We regularly represent clients in Forster, Taree and Port Macquarie Courts and in 2025 are excited to announce our new Newcastle office which will service Newcastle, Maitland and Raymond Terrace Courts. This includes the Newcastle Registry of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for family law matters.
